Our Story

The OSM Group's journey began in Mumbai in 2014 when Mr. Niraj Pathak established the business with a vision to manage maritime operations with excellence. Starting with just one MBC vessel, our founder recognized the evolving needs of the maritime industry.

To meet present-day standards and ensure consistent quality, we achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification from a reputed certifying body. Today, we proudly hold DOC No.: DGS/ENG/DOC-0001673 and RPSL-MUM-327, demonstrating our commitment to regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Over the past decade, OSM Group has transformed into a highly expanded and diversified maritime service provider. We specialize in providing skilled and professional Deck & Engine officers, rating crew for offshore and main fleet vessels, as well as charter services for offshore vessels.
